Due to the confined space and operational methods within our mini ice-cream van, we must advise all customers that there is an inherent risk of allergen cross-contamination across all our products.

This risk is unavoidable as we use shared storage areas for ingredients containing major allergens such as milk, eggs, nuts (including peanuts and tree nuts), soy, and gluten.

For Event Bookings & Safety Protocols:

If you have booked us for an event, we are committed to working closely with you beforehand to ensure we can keep your guests as safe as possible. Our process includes:

  1. Pre-Event Consultation: Discussing specific known guest allergies and necessary precautions.

  2. Menu Review: Identifying which menu items contain high-risk ingredients.

  3. Risk Reduction: Implementing special procedures for service where feasible, such as using dedicated or freshly cleaned scoops and utensils.

While we take every reasonable measure to minimize cross-contamination following consultation, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment due to the nature of our mobile operation.

If you or any of your guests have a severe or life-threatening allergy, we strongly recommend reviewing our documentation carefully and notifying us immediately upon booking.
